Customer Service

Shipping Information

All shipments are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders will be shipped within the United States only. We do not ship to PO/APO/FPO's, American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or Virgin Islands.

We charge a flat rate of $7.50 per order under $75 to ship to all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii. For shipment to Alaska or Hawaii there is an additional cost of $35.

Tax

Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to Massachusetts and Wisconsin.

Order Processing

Subscription orders are shipped on Friday each week in accordance to your selected start date and shipping frequency. In the event our offices are closed on Friday, your order will be shipped on the next available business day. See map below for estimated shipping times from our warehouse in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
